Bowman’s Drive-In

Kicking myself for not getting her name but she was awesome, friendly and very patient. I had just had a terrible interaction with my son's student loan company and this lady just made my day turn around. Thank you. Also, food was very good and affordable.

I asked for a well done cheeseburger, it was only charred in one small edge area. It wasn't done, I like it crispy burnt, to balance the messy condiments n veggies with a nice charred crunch. It would of been perfect The beer battered onion rings were delicious, but, I think they used it along with fish. I have a seafood allergy n it left my mouth n throat burn n itchy. I should of communicated about my seafood allergy. Then again, ignored my well done hamburger, I don't think they take heed. The chocolate n peanut butter shake is yummy. I love the decorations inside n friendly folks

We get food there fairly often. Frequently our order is wrong, but rarely do we complain. The younger girls that work there are super nice and friendly. Today my daughter found a bug in her food. She had called to let them know and the lady wasn't very nice to her and didn't offer to replace her food or offer a refund. It's just disappointing.

Don't get the fried pickles. Absolutely ridiculous. Even gave a chance to fix it and got a new batch just as bad. Trying to "get rid of the old supply" if I'm paying nearly $5 for it I don't want the old bad stuff you are replacing. Horrible

Though delicious, it took well over 30 minutes to get our food. Ice cream took about 10 minutes of that first. I'm not sure if by saying we'd take our ice cream "now" and not "with the food," that slowed it down or not (They asked, and I appreciated the question, but I'd ask about this next time.) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was good, just the time it took was a surprise and a problem if one was in a hurry. It seemed like they might be under new ownership, and at least had a new point of sale (POS) system. So, hopefully it's just a matter of getting their feet under them. The menu is very large, which is nice, but could also be contributing to the service time. There are only two outdoor tables, and no umbrellas. There is a small waiting area inside with a couple chairs
