I can't say enough good about this library. The staff is amazing, the team in the children's section is amazing, and they have a great play area. The Book selection is amongst the best I have seen in a public library. The media selection is equally impressive. The only downside is the bathroom issue if you go after 2 on a school day. They close the first floor bathrooms and the highschoolers seem to hide in the 2nd floor ones.

First and last time I come here. Security was so rude the minute I walked through the door (lady with all gray hair). First floor front desk is rude! Mind you this encounter was less than 3 minutes and I had to walk out. need better training!

I appreciate the selections and the recent renovations at this branch but there have been a number of times I have had a negative experience at the front desk checkout or experienced intolerance from the security guards when my kids were being kids. My children and I like the library though especially the librarians, children’s section and library activities.

I go to this library because it’s convenient and very close to my work. It’s a nice library, but there’s always a lot of LOUD teenagers whenever I go in the afternoon. I understand that it’s right next to a high school, and that teens need a place to hang out that’s cheap safe. I don’t mind them being there, but it’s just so loud. The very first time I came here the security guard was yelling at the kids. Not to mention the people that play videos on their phones/ computers loudly or take calls on speakerphone. The only quiet part of this library during the week in the afternoons is the quiet room all the way in the back, and there’s no public computers in there unfortunately. I also wish there was another bathroom - at this time the downstairs restrooms are closed, and there are only t
