Bourbon Hills BBQ

Staff was friendly. We went hoping for brisket, but unfortunately, they were out. The meat is tender and seasoned well. Potato salad was pretty dang good! Ribs were flavorful and tender. Our whole crew loved it and was super convenient being in front of our hotel.

These place is a precious gem in north of WV. The brisket here is really good. Returning to KY we find these place and just swing by here. Thanks Vanessa and Bourbon Hills BBQ. Fun fact: when we ordered, starts a storm.

I frequently stay in the area for work and I haven’t been able to try the food since the times just never aligned. This time I was going to be around on a day they were open, we work a hard day and make it just before they close. Most food is sold out and they are closing up but we are offered a DEAL on their brisket. I’ve had a lot of brisket in my day and this is as good as any I have ever had. I will likely be in the area again for work at some point and I know I will be making an effort to go again.

If you're ever in the area, CHECK THEM OUT! Brisket just melted, pork was flavorful, ribs were gone after the first bite! Husband loved the chicken! Baked beans were better than yo mommas!

Solid bbq, sauces are great. Even the Smithville tang while not my style is good. Beans & potato salad were great, but the people and service are the final nail. Great find
