Botto’s BBQ

Really solid Craft BBQ spot. 3 1000 gallon offsets and a huge wood shed out back. I Did the triple plate with spare Ribs, brisket, and jalapeño cheddar sausage. I went with the slaw and Jalapeño Mac for sides. Everything was very good. The ribs were my favorite. Service was great and the staff were friendly despite being in the middle of a lunch rush. Definitely will be back! Kudos to the crew!

best BBQ I've had in the PNW. Love finding a place that has great smoked turkey without a gimmick. Good proportions. Brisket and ribs were perfect, flavorful & tender without being mush. Sides were fantastic, solid staples & fun ones. I wish the hot link had a bit more heat but otherwise a great experience.

This came up as one of the places we had to go for a good burger, but it also looks like they have amazing barbecue and brisket as well. We got a couple of the deluxe smash burgers, brisket sandwich and a Western smashburger. They were all good. The fries and the baked macaroni and cheese were also delicious. We want to come back and try other things on the menu. The next plan is to try the smoked pub Burger. It's got a cool atmosphere and the service was very friendly.

A Portland essential. Brisket Sandwich is incredible - melts like butter in your mouth. Fries are perfect. Smash Burger is also outstanding. Get the mustard as your sauce. Also huge shoutout to the staff - they always have a line to the door and remain calm and friendly. And seem genuinely stoked to serve you. I’ve only ever seen 4 people on the staff and they have their system down, it’s impressive.

Stopped in before seeing a show. The place was out of BBQ because they got slammed during the day, but I’m thankful because I got to try the chili smashburger. Stars aligned, I astral projected as the taste of this burger collided with my tastebuds. I’ll be back. And I hope the same crew is working! The guy at the front desk was the MVP, great front man and an awesome shirt! I can’t wait to come back for some BBQ!
