Boston's Pizza Restaurant & Sports Bar

Although this place is known for its pizzas, it is also one of the best spots to grab a delicious burger. Comes out great every single time and the fries are seasoned perfectly.

Our pizza was burned. The pepperonis were black as was the cheese. I’m confident the manager wouldn’t have let this go out to the floor. The server seemed too busy, ignored the obvious burnt pizza and never followed up to ask how things were after setting down and walking away. The next time she was over to check on us was simply to set the bill down.

Well . . . Where to start. We ate at Boston’s for the first time and had a mixed experience. Menu was excellent and food was decent if you get the right item, or the item that you ordered. We had a group of 11 and were spread out over the table. When our waitress brought the food and asked who got the jambalaya pasta, I said I did. She set it down in front of me and it didn’t seem right, but I proceeded to eat it thinking what she said it was is what I ordered . At the end of the meal a person in our group said that their meal seemed pretty spicy. We then came to realize that I got her dish and she got mine. To put it mildly our waitress was not very good at her job. She didn’t really have a clue about the menu, rarely checked on us, and didn’t ask if we wanted refills of anything. We

Our first time here. They have a extensive menu, so you should be able to satisfy everyone. We ended up getting the build your own open. Pick a entree from the option offered. Then a side. Finally your drink, all for one price. Of course we upgraded. We wanted pizza, the cheapest was a one topping. We both wanted a specially pizza. Up $2.00, not bad. Next we both wanted to try the Ceasar salad, it was worth it. It was $1.50 more, but large and tasty. Finally I opted for a domestic beer, instead of a soda, or tea. Hind site I could have just added one more topping to pizza for .99, and been just as happy. The Ceasar was a good buy. A Ceasar side salad purchased on it's own is $6.50. We used to love this place. Last two times have us rethinking. Last time, we ordered wings and they brought us boneless wings. The waitress was nice enough about it, but said, “oh I assumed you meant boneless.” What? Why? Took another half hour to get the wings and the rest of our party was done eating. No comp of any kind and took the boneless wings back. 😂 Today, we ordered the small bites/snack size ~$5 spinach dip. I even pointed to it on the menu when I ordered. When the waitress brought it, she brought the full size. I asked why it wasn’t the smaller, $10 cheaper one and she said there is only one size. That’s just not true???
