Boston Shawarma

My girlfriend and I came from very far to try this place. It took us an hour to get there just for the staff to tell us they were close? It was 10:15pm, they said they closed at 10pm on Saturday but everywhere online and even at the store it was written 11pm. I even took a picture of the sign saying “Open” but when we got in they instantly kicked us out. When I tried to have a conversation with staff to ask why they’re closing way ahead of time they just brushed me off like I didn’t take over an hour to come try this. Very disappointing. Whoever the owner is, you need to fix this or you need to update your time everywhere online, this is unacceptable. I never write reviews this is only my second time writing one and that should tell you how dissatisfied I was.

I don’t really get the hype. Had a lamb wrap, lamb didn’t feel like it had great depth of flavour, wrap was good but not fantastic. Big portions - good value though. I’d try the chicken next time.

Excellent shawarma the kind that makes you want to come back I tried this place based on a recommendation, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The shawarma is amazing: the meat is well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection; the bread is soft and freshly made; and the sauces add incredible flavor without overpowering the ingredients. Portions are generous, and you can really tell the quality of the products. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is simple yet cozy perfect for enjoying something delicious without any fuss. This is definitely a place I’d return to and recommend to anyone who loves a good shawarma.

Some of the worst chicken shawarma I’ve ever had, I should have read the comments before buying from here but if your interested in decent tasting shawarma check out Sufra Mediterranean they’re the only reliably good shawarma spot I know here in Boston. Keep in mind there Shwarma is also just decent and not the best of the best but it’s leaps and bounds better than the horrific chicken shawarma served here.

Ordered fries to take away with garlic sauce. But the fries were not crispy at all. The garlic sauce is nothing but straight minced garlic. There are great fries at middle eatern restaurants. These sucked.
