Boston Fried Chicken

The owner reached out offering to deliver free food himself while profusely apologizing for the behavior for the actions of the person to whom I spoke last night. Having had a few bad days myself which included being overwhelmed trying to contend with persnickety equipment (computers) and multiple angry people I am giving a four star review. The driver, unfortunately, is no longer within the control of the business owner and I refuse to hold that against the business. If I were staying in Boston longer I would attempt to dine in to have a better opportunity to give a true rating. Here is to better days ahead.

The food took almost an hour to get to use (2.8 miles away). When we got our food, it was cold and the order was incomplete. Before we received our food, I called Boston fried chicken to see where our food was, the person who answered the phone was very rude and hard to understand. I had to asked him three times how long it was going to take to get our food and on the third time he hung up on me. We called Boston fried chicken to explain our order was not complete and the person who answered the phone hung up on us. We tried to eat the food we got but the fries were cold, the onion rings were cold, the cheese sticks were cold and the cheesesteak hero was nasty. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you are get the food delivered.

The food is okay, but the customer service is not good. They don’t come to take orders and they just do whatever they want to do and after a few calls then they come and take the order not responsible.
