BoSa Donuts

I come here sometime to get a tuna sandwich because it's quicker than going to Subway and cheaper. Most of the time that I come here, whether I'm buying a sandwich or a donut, they get my order wrong. I ordered a tuna sandwich today. I told them exactly what I wanted on the sandwich and what I did not want on the sandwich. I specifically did not ask for cheese. But they asked me anyway if I wanted cheese when I ask for them to repeat my order. When I get home I find cheese on my sandwich. I do not eat dairy for specific health reasons. When I say no dairy on my sandwich I don't expect to find it on my sandwich. I am so sick and tired of the incompetence of these businesses in Maricopa.

Not at all happy with the sandwich a human employee prepared today! This lettuce is disgraceful. They really need to do better. The fact that someone looked at this, put it on the sandwich and sent it out, shows their level of care

Great donuts, people who keep saying not "gourmet" its a donut from a smaller chain local to Arizona... it's not a bespoke Doughnut Dealer nor a 5 star destination that EVERYONE has to have. They're good quality donuts for $10. I love bosa. I'm from Arizona, and have had Bosa for ages. This one has been no different of an experience from the others. The staff is friendly (Yeah if you're chillin in the lobby later at night they may get a little uneasy if you're not moving on after eating your rings of pleasure, wouldn't you feel that way too?) and the food is good. Anyway... Staff gave my son an extra donut (we didn't ask and really, no one should ask for freebies he was just kind and the lady was being sweet to him). Place reminds me of the ones I visited for years in Tempe and Mesa. 10

I ordered 5 dozen donut holes 4 drinks, and a bagel sandwich. They gave me 4 wrong sandwiches….left the drinks and donut holes, disputing transaction and not going back. Can’t get a simple order right and ruins breakfast for my entire family. Wasn’t even going to sit there and try, definitely not going back. Like the 10th mess up in a month.

I got here about an hour after they opened on the first day, no line. Donuts were warm and tasted great! Good coffee too. Got an extra donut for free for the grand opening. Only complaint, I asked for 2 vanilla cake and got 2 Strawberry yeast instead.
