Bored Trading Cafe

This neighborhood café just opened, and unfortunately my first breakfast experience was very disappointing. I ordered a breakfast burrito, a very standard café item. What I received was not remotely close to what most people would expect. Instead of a balanced filling with eggs, cheese, potatoes, or vegetables, the burrito was overwhelmingly spinach (well over 80%), with only a small amount of scrambled eggs, two tiny pieces of potato, and a bit of sauce. I’ve attached a photo so others can judge for themselves. If the kitchen didn’t have the proper ingredients, it would have been far better to say the item wasn’t available. Breakfast Burrito: This is by far the most delicious breakfast (sandwich) I have ever had. Consistently delicious, fresh, amazing. Staff is soo friendly and welcoming. My new favorite spot.

We went this morning because the Brew Room was closed prepping for their (long overdue) grand opening party. We waited a little over 30 min. for our food and there were only to couples in line in front of us when we got there. The Sausage Sando was 0/5. I’m pretty sure the sausage was a hamburger patty. The eggs were over cooked and it came in a soggy biscuit. The breakfast burrito was ok. The avocado was under ripe and crunchy. We ordered it with no bacon and it came with bacon. I’ll give them a little bit of the benefit of the doubt since it’s their opening weekend, but they have some work to do. Maybe they can improve with a good line cook, a proper barista, and a larger espresso machine so they can get drinks out faster. We’ll probably go elsewhere in the future with so many other

I stopped in to this new cafe in my neighborhood and grabbed a breakfast sandwich and matcha. Everything was really fresh and the place has a great vibe. I will definitely be back and I’ll bring friends. Update: Was craving a quick burger to go but didn’t want to go to a place where they call it a “burger product”. Glad I ordered and picked up. It was waiting for me, I was in and out in under 1 min. The burger was very fresh and taste amazing! Great job guys. I’ll be back!

Easy place, very affordable prices (like $6-7 burgers, $7-8 very generous portions of chicken tenders). We came kind of impromptu after my daughter got out of a birthday party at the Little Gym across the street that finished at 6, and it was a quick/inexpensive stop. We had enough leftovers of the fancy chicken tenders that it was lunch today too.
