Booyah! Burgers and Bites Clarks Summit, PA

The food was good, fries lacked quality and crispness but the burger was delicious. The grab and go ice cream cups that they make are absolutely phenomenal and the soft serve is what you would expect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, if there was any mistake they would promptly fix it. The atmosphere is pretty similar to Mannings (all white walls, floors, and ceilings) which is to say a little bland but it’s the typical style of ice cream shops around here.

I came very close to rating a 3 just because I did not care for the food. However, given that the place was so clean and the staff was so incredibly sweet and nice, I would not have felt right. We simply had cheeseburgers (with various toppings) and fries. The fries were very mushy and limp with oil and they were, what I considered to be, inedible. My husband only ate half and threw the rest away - that's never happened before. The burgers were presented nicely, however I just did not like the beef. It was dry and had an unappetizing taste to me. The burgers are probably better than McDonald's, however I could not get past the odd taste of the beef. Great stop on our road trip. Very knowledgeable on GF options. GF bun, boneless wings. Kids meals good sized portion. The doll pickle sauce is epic! (See pic for tossed sauce shrimp)

Got my order a little backwards (10 crunchy shrimp for a child's meal and 20 grilled for myself, did the opposite) and forgot another piece of my order, hit the dessert made up for it and the grilled shrimp was tasty, too! They ha e a freezer full of ice cream trifles with soft serve and toppings topped with cool whip. Had the pina colada and it was amazing!

I love their smash burgers, great flavor and very juicy. I prefer a crispy fry and their fries are not crispy, but the wife loves them. Overall great casual sandwich shop.
