Boomerang Bites

Stopped by Boomerang Bites in downtown Hoboken and honestly, such a great little neighborhood spot. I had the chicken avo breakfast sandwich and an açaí bowl both super fresh and satisfying. The ingredients felt really clean, and you can tell they care about quality. The staff was super friendly, and the vibe of the place is just perfect. It’s spotless inside, and their backyard seating is such a nice touch peaceful, comfy, and great for catching up with a friend or even getting some work done. Also, their coffee game is strong, which is a bonus. It’s right around the corner from me, so I’m definitely coming back to try more of their sweets and savory bites. Great spot to have in the neighborhood.

What a great find this morning. There's an out back seating which is super cute, that I didn't take take pictures of. My espresso was perfect. The egg bite was quite the tasty surprise. Bigger than I expected, it packed in the flavor! Easy to eat with a fork, it was more like 4 bites for me. The delicious combo I chose was spinach onion feta, though some one eating nearby loved her bacon cheese egg bite equally. All the staff were friendly, happy& the bathroom was clean. Coming back for the delicious looking desserts‼️

This is my first time visiting Boomerang Bites. The bay windows caught my attention, where there's seating with pillows that make it feel cozy. This is a cute place to work from (wifi available) or have coffee and a pastry. I highly recommend!

Lots of imperfections (savory bites left out too long hallowing out in dryness) but it is genuinely echoing Australia. Coffee is pretty good, flavours are good.

This place is such a vibe. The coffee’s smooth, the boomerang bites are out of this world, and the atmosphere just feels good — like you actually want to sit and stay a while. Chill staff, great music, everything done right. Easily one of the best coffee spots I’ve found.
