Bonnie's Parsonage 1908

Bonnie is the best hostess! Great homemade breakfasts, pleasant conversation, and she's very knowledgeable about the area and where to go and what to see. My room was clean, quaint, and comfortable. The Parsonage is located in a quiet part of town, perfect for a good night's sleep. This was my first B & B experience and I can only hope the rest are this great. Thanks Bonnie, and when we are in Holland again I'll be staying with you!

We scheduled this 'gal pal' trip at late notice and Bonnie was very easy to work with over the phone. We took all three rooms. She told me check-in time was between 4-5 PM and to please let her know if we were going to be earlier or later. We did run a little late (just had to stop at some antique stores and a peach farm stand) and when I called, she was perfectly understanding and said "no problem!" It was easy to find and there is plenty of off street parking. We received a warm welcome and also cookies and lemonade, which we enjoyed in the lovely backyard. After we got settled into our rooms, she had some great suggestions for dinner. She is very knowledgeable about the area, having lived there for decades. The neighborhood is quiet and has very well maintained homes.||My room

We loved our stay! It is full of history and Ms.Bonnie was very accommodating with our hectic schedule. All we had to do was tell her our schedule and when we would need breakfast. She made my daughter snacks to go for her State swim competition meet. The beds were very comfortable which was important for our daughter's success! She did excellent and was well rested.Sunday was baked pancakes before we left and they were wonderful! We had privacy but could find her if we needed her. It was just a lovely stay away and we can't wait to have a reason to go back! It is a true old-fashion B&B. Thank you Ms.Bonnie for a beautiful stay and for mailing a forgotten swimsuit home so quickly! Your just precious.

We were very comfortable at the Parsonage, we were greeted by Bonnie with a smile and a glass of lemonade and cookies within minutes of our arrival. Her home is wonderfully kept and full of all sorts of antiques and treasures from the past. If you are one who appreciates history you will enjoy the visit based on the many items of interest on tables and walls. Our room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Bonnie asked us when we wanted breakfast and it was ready when we arrived downstairs. It was so beautiful we didn't want to eat it. We did and it was all very tasty, loved the baked pancakes. I mentioned that I saw her custard recipe on the website so she made us custard with our second breakfast. We found her so delightful that we invited her to sit with us after breakfa

I have stayed at the Parsonage numerous times for business & pleasure. Every time I am greeted with a warm welcome from Bonnie the inn keeper. The B & B is exceptionally clean, has very comfortable beds and a breakfast featuring Bonnie's famous and delicious pancakes. For anyone with special diet concerns, there are other options too. Filled with wonderful antiques, the decor is a visual feast. Overstuffed chairs are great for lounging. Bonnie has a vast assortment of videos and cds that can accommodate anyone's tastes. I have enjoyed the private patio outside and also, the covered front porch taking in the quiet, yet convenient neighborhood. Wonderful place. Even more wonderful owner! I will be back!
