Good food and service but if you order take out make sure to order extra soy garlic sauce on the side or else you will get dry boneless wings.

Overall solid experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered so food came out super quickly, the chicken drumsticks were fried perfectly and the sauce was enjoyable. There is an automatic 15% tip but they let us know which I hope is standard practice. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal as well (fish cakes) would recommend

Bonchon in West Chester serves hands down the best wings I’ve ever had. They’re incredibly light and crispy, and the sauces are out of this world—especially the Korean BBQ, which is surprising since I usually don’t like BBQ sauces. Another unexpected delight was the pickled radishes, which were cool, crisp, tangy, and had a slight sweetness, making them a perfect pairing with the wings. I walked in thinking it wasn't a full-service sit-down spot, but it was, although the staff was very nice and attentive. I’ll definitely be back, but next time I’ll probably order takeout to save on tipping.

Their chicken is driest chicken I ever tasted. This makes this location easily the worst Bonchon I ever tasted. Without sauce it is not Korean chicken. Not sure how much money they save by limiting the sauce bur they will lose customer. Please take the feedback seriously and improve the recipe.

Shrinkflation like crazy. Wings and meat in pork belly sooo small now. When will private equity understand, yes you make more money by doing this initially, but then I’ll literally never come back. Smart move
