This was AMAZING! The chicken wings were SO crispy and flavorful I forgot to use the sauce we got. We tried the sotteok sotteok and it was SO good. It was my first time and the flavor and texture were incredible. I tried the Japchae and my fiancé got the katsu. The cooks KNOW what they’re doing. I was very impressed. They had several sauces to choose from like spicy mayo or cucumber wasabi but they were very good too. I LOVED it!

The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — exactly what you expect from Bonchon’s signature Korean-style fried chicken. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great family-friendly atmosphere. But what truly made our experience stand out was the amazing customer service. Everyone was warm and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Rhonda, who went above and beyond — she surprised the kids with ice cream, and it totally made their day! Excellent, we will definitely come back. We got the chicken sandwich with Korean BBQ sauce, the MoPo with garlic soy sauce, the Yum Drum trio no sauce, and the dumpling soup with pork dumplings. All were very good. I want to come back and try the japchae.

This is some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. I'm usually not a big fan of chicken legs but these legs we're huge and fried to perfection. The seasoning on the original is outstanding. I would recommend getting them extra crispy and they will come out so hot and fresh.

This was my first time trying Bonchon. When they first opened, it was so busy that I had to leave, but I finally made it back — and it was worth the wait. I’ve had Korean fried chicken at several spots in Dallas and Chicago, and Bonchon definitely ranks among the best. The manager, Reid, handled the busy environment with ease and provided excellent customer service. I also appreciate that they offer outdoor seating. I highly recommend trying the bulgogi fries — they were outstanding! Overall, the food was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back.
