Bonchon Pineville

I had lunch here today. The server suggested Japchae as a traditional Korean dish and it was good. It's a dish with glass noodles, red bell peppers, carrots, onions, spinach and mushrooms as described by menu though the noodles dominate the dish. The menu provides the calories for dishes and I was a little surprised there were as many as there were as I didn't get that super full feeling that usually comes with eating noodles. I intend to go back for the wings sometime.

I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking authentic Korean cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious and thoroughly exceeded our expectations. The Korean BBQ wings were the perfect combination of texture and impeccable flavor, and I highly recommend that dish for anyone who may be uncertain on what to order on their first outing.

Bonchon never disappoints! The chicken here is perfectly crispy and flavorful, with sauces that hit the right balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. I tried a few different flavors and all were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere. Definitely one of the best spots in Charlotte for Korean fried chicken!

My bf and i went to this spot on a whim just to try something new (we were headed to the Colombian spot next door) and we loved it. We recently made the drive to go again bc it was that damn good 😮‍💨 **pics from both times we went. It's a lot of food on the plates, we learned from the first visit. Second time we got the Seoul platter to share & it's soooo good.

First time eating here with picky kids and we all LOVED It. Everything was fresh, service was fast. The bubble tea tasted way better than most places in the area that use cheap flavor powders. The tapioca pearls was so soft and fresh. Will definitely come back to eat here again!
