Bombin’ Ramen

My first time there was yesterday. My wife and I had never been to a ramen restaurant before. It was her niece's birthday and her niece wanted to eat here. I was very impressed with the portions of the food as well as the flavor which was fantastic. A lot of it. I wasn't sure what it was but hey Google is your friend LOL. I looked up several dishes and decided on one. It was just fantastic. We will definitely be back

The flavors were insane. Beautiful ratio of fat, and acid in every dish. If you're sick of terrible food in catawba county check this place out, its a gift from the heavens. Amazing food, service and atmosphere. The prices are great especially ✨️in this economy✨️. If you eat here and you don't like it then you should probably learn to enjoy real food. Highly recommend the Tori Karaage, Boa Buns, and Tantanmen Ramen (careful its spicccyyy 🌶).

I’m not really sure how to feel about this place. We stopped here on our way to Charlotte from Elk. The broth was warm, but its flavor was good. The meat was bland and dry, and the vegetables were overcooked and not very fresh.. The bao buns and gyoza were good, though. Service was okay, our server was nice but seemed overwhelmed.

Honestly, this beats driving over an hour out into Charlotte to get some good ramen. Ordered the bombin ramen bowl and this is well worth the wait. Gyumeshi beef was probably my favorite protein there. The staff was friendly. I love all the anime that I saw there. Definitely brought back some memories of good anime episodes. Overall, my food came out great, hot/warm, flavorful, and the presentation of the food look amazing. Definitely going back for more when I need some good ramen in my system.

I rated the atmosphere 4:5. There was nothing wrong with it but the food and service were so phenomenal, they exceeded the atmosphere. We ordered bao buns, tantanman, and tonkotsu. We found them by chance and I hope we get a chance to go again!
