BOLT Drinks and Coffee

We Visited Bolt Drinks and Coffee for the first time and really enjoyed our drinks! We got the Frosted Chocolate Mocha and the Hot Eggnog drinks and enjoyed them inside. The girls working there were so patient and nice, the dining area was very cute, decorated and clean! It’s also set up with WIFI and if you wanted to, you can study or hang out there . They have a HUGE menu to choose from so we will definitely be back! Also we learned they have two locations, the one in Benson (which is where we went) and one in Fuquay Varina!

I really like having this coffee shop nearby, it’s such a nice alternative to Dunkin!! The staff is friendly and drinks are consistent My only critique is about the price/ingredients used. There’s an upcharge for sugar-free syrup and non-dairy milk, which is frustrating.. but even more so when they’re using standard Torani syrup and Aldi-brand milk. I don’t mind paying extra for quality, but I’d love to see that reflected in what’s served.

Was looking forward to stopping here on my way to work as I had heard good reviews. I did not get to see the inside as I believe its drive through only. The service was slow, it took 20 minutes for one coffee and donuts, almost making me late to work - there was only one person in line in front of me. The donuts were dry, I took one bite and threw the rest out. The coffee was subpar - overly sweet. Next time if I try it again I might try an energy drink.

My husband and I visited for the first time, and we were really impressed! The drinks were delicious and the shop had such a fun, welcoming vibe. A special shoutout to Leone, who gave us excellent customer service — friendly, helpful, and made great recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in today for their soft opening and got a tornado bolt, oh my was it good!! And served by such friendly staff, a very welcoming environment. Can’t wait to go back and try all the other cool drinks!
