Bojangles

Always love the food here. Always fast service. Always fresh, even when the driver throug is backed up, you receive your food timely. However, The Bojangles app has no option to check in upon arrival, but the restaurant clearly has signs for curbside delivery. This is not the the restaurants fault. However, when I went inside to get my order, the team member said the curbside pickup was for the drive through. That is the restaurants fault. Which one is it?

Food is always good sometimes the fries don't have enough seasoning seems to be hit or miss but still good. The service is wonderful when the drive thru is packed they will have someone outside taking orders helping to move the line faster. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a pain.

Another wonderful breakfast at Bojangles this morning. The best biscuits you could ask for. The morning crew are the best at Zebulon store.

Horrible service. The night team can NOT get an order right at all. Over the past few months, any time that i have given them the benefit of doubt and ordered, they Can NOT get it together. It can be as simple as No tomato on a sandwhich due to an allergy or Bo sizing an order. Furthermore, Katya has such a Nasty attitude. Very argumentative towards fellow team members and customers. Customers should not feel like they are a burden when they simply order. When Mr charles is not there, it is absolute chaos. The way the team operates at night is the polar opposite of the Morning team. Every customer should have the same positive experience reguardless of who is on the shift. They are training their customers to come before 4pm.

Very disappointed ordered 2 meals with Sprite and told them on the speaker NO ICE.. get to the window both full of ice, I hand them back respectfully and nice and say I'm sorry but I asked for no ice she took the cups closed the window then hands them bk and they taste horrible she added water to them I guess to be spiteful. If you don't want to follow what the customer ask for DONT WORK THERE....
