Great experience. Friendly staff. Upfront about wait time for the order I wanted. Wasn’t within the timeframe promised; however, apologized and offered a free dessert. Food came out hot and fresh. She brought it to us at the table. Store appeared clean. We even came during dinner time. Highly recommend.

The food was good but the service was INCREDIBLE. The lady who helped me was so sweet, helpful and patient with us. I’ve never gotten such a sweet service from fast food. I didn’t catch her name but she was a white lady and had dark curly hair. She was awesome! Some of the other staff could learn from her professionalism!

Your better off going through drive through. It seems that's where all the attention is. Great if you don't want to go in but if you want to go in be prepared o wait forever... Sorry but no excuse. Today employee heard me and another customer talking about the bad service and smiled and waved at us sarcastically, that's when I took my business to Wendy's next door.. Quick courteous and spot on..

Eva was so nice when we came in! She was genuinely helpful and had such a great demeanor. Such a great service that you don’t usually get at “fast food” or drive through joints.

Went there this morning and got a large fry and cajun biscuit. Biscuit was okay except it was forced into a small bag and the fry carton put a big dent in the top of it. As for the fries, they were supposed to be large but they basically gave me a medium in a large container... less than 1/2 of the container! You just lost a lifetime customer, never again.
