Bojangles

Bojangles chicken is fantastic, much like all the other options they have. Service was good and fast. Dining room was clean and there is almost always an employee in the dining room to help customers and to keep the place clean. Staff was friendly and polite. I'm not going to blame Bojangles too much for the green beans stalk that I found in my beans because it wasn't that bad. I'd rather find a bean stalk than a finger or a piece of metal from that machinery. In my eyes, I'll give them a pass because they are very good to their customers and their products are very delicious.

I am writing to express serious concerns regarding my experience on February 7th. I arrived at 5:30 PM and did not receive my food until 6:15 PM. During this time, I observed a cashier handling food without washing his hands or wearing gloves after repeatedly moving between the register and food preparation. When I addressed this concern, the employee responded unprofessionally. The manager then stated that in their store, employees “choose” whether to wear gloves at the front end, which is concerning and does not align with standard food safety and ServSafe protocols. Additionally, the chicken and side items did not appear fresh. This experience raises concerns regarding food safety, training, and overall service standards.

While the service was pretty fast and efficient, and our chicken was tasty, the glass where you see the food trays needed to be cleaned. It was not too appetizing to see streaks of whatever while waiting for our order. (See photo #3) They were all also out of honey mustard sauce.

If I could give this location less than a 1 star I would. We arrived at the drive thru at 10pm, no one came to the speaker or window. We park to go in and a lady in the parking lot informed us that the dining room was closed and for us to go back to the drive thru. We go to the drive thru, again...all they had were strips and fries, no lemonade or tea and only one pack of ranch left. All ridiculous, so we drove away. As we pull out of the parking lot the works came running out of the restaurant yelling at us and chasing our car. Completely insane!! This was Saturday night, 10pm 10/18/2025

We left without food...My family was on a long car ride and after 3.5 hours we decided to stop for dinner and bathroom brake. We went to the bathrooms first which the women's had no toliet paper and trash all over the floor. We still wanted food but when we ordered the 12 piece family meal we were told it would be a 25 minute wait. This was at 5pm. She said they only had dark meat so we asked if we could just make the meal with that since waiting with my mother in law, husband, 6 year old, 1 year old, and a dog sounded horrible. The manager came over and said no, that he could sell us six 2 piece meals but we'd have to wait for a 12 piece meal. He said if he made the dark chicken into a family set, there would not be enough chicken for other guests. Needless to say we left without food.
