Bojangles

Possibly a hit or miss situation but the one thing I came there for wasn’t good - chicken. My order was dry, extremely salty, and hard as though it had been sitting for a while. The only way I would order from here again is if I waited and got a piece of chicken, hot out of the grease. Good location right off of Clements ferry Road. Connected from the to a gas station. . Nice, clean and spacious. No outdoor seating. Accessible parking out front. #ttip: if it’s sitting in that window piled up like it is in my photo, I wouldn’t get it. Ask to wait for fresh fried. All the chicken that was there look like it had been there long time in the warmer - not a good experience. I saw it I should’ve known better.

Food is always hot and good! Service can be iffy depended if they are staffed for the day but everyone working are very nice and sweet

10:37am May 4, 2022 Order two steaks and a large mash potatoes just now! Come to found out when I went back to the truck to check my food, my steaks was hard and my mash potatoes was old. You could see the hard parts in the mash was turning yellow! I than went back inside to see if I could get some fresher food but the young lady that came from the back said that they only prepare one mash potatoes pan a day! I have order this same dinner from other Bojangles and there mash potatoes always be fresh no matter what time of the day you go! I asked for a refund, the young lady at the cash register gave me attitude like I was the one who serve her bad food! She also gave me my money with attitude! The customer service is VERY poor! This dumb location has salad on the menu, but "we dont serve salads here." How intensely unprofessional! Avoid!

BEWARE!!! Do not go to this location!! We were not greeted when we walked in. I addressed the team worker with good morning, she never responded. We ordered 2 egg biscuits, the biscuits were not fresh and hard. The eggs were cold and burnt. We ordered 1 chicken biscuit, the chicken was overcooked and hard. My daughter ordered a drink and was never given the cup. When she asked for one the woman gave her an attitude and pointed to the cups behind the counter. There were no other customers in the restaurant. I have never been treated so poorly by Bojangles. I love Bojangles, I was in from out of town and I thought this would be a safe place to eat.
