Got there at opening 5an, placed my order and was told they were still trying to get opened and to park and will take my payment. I parked for about 15 mins and then she came back and asked me to go back around and place my order again. After i watched everybody after me get their order. It was crazy because i ordered with the ai voice. I just was over it and told her I'm good. She was nice tho.

Best biscuit and chicken ever! I loved my fries too although they were very soggy and limp. Also, I thought they would be Cajun seasoned fries. But, it’s cool! That biscuit was everything! Popeyes could never!

Great atmosphere. The general manager, Junita, was a true professional. She was informative, friendly, and courteous. She told us how to get a free biscuit by leaving a review. Cajun and blueberry biscuits were superbly delicious 😋

My experience has been that the cashiers are generally rude here and lack customer service. Outside of that, today the cashiers made a scene out of the penny shortage when I requested them to correct it. I’ve been short changed here 4 times and never said anything until today. It adds up across customers and they are profiting as an already multimillion dollar company. With my change being $0.03, they should have rounded up anyway. Yes it’s small in this instance but a beautiful bonus for the company at the end of the year.
