Bojangles

Ordered a 3 piece meal and only got two pieces. Lady working the drive through literally burped while taking my order. Got to the window and looked like they were having a town hall meeting with someone saying you better get my food ready.

It was actually delicious tonight and they was a little busy. I did go inside it's faster then the drive thru. Normally it's the other way around.

I dont like the AI drive thru. It messed up my order and I had to start over, which it was able to do, and it didnt read it back to me in a way that made sense. The line was also weirdly slow when I first pulled up but after about 5-10 minutes of no movement it moved alone very quickly. So maybe there was just an issue with one specific car/order. The food was good. It was hotter and fresh which I appreciated. The humans were nice, but the AI was not enjoyable.

Just spent $13 for 6 piece chicken bites and sides. The chicken and frieswas cooked in old grease. I was asked if I would like to order 2 heart shaped bo berry biscuits & I said "Sure". They were almost hard as a rock‼️ Yes, I was upset and very disappointed. Why would you give that to someone? I would not do that! Again, people work hard for there money‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️🔥😌

Fast food- it's a fix. Hot, quick, okay.
