Bojangles

They had great customer service, The guy that was on speaker and at the window was great and very friendly he gave us exactly what we wanted everything tasted perfect and everything was freshly made and delicious. The sweet tea tasted just like it did from the Bojangles when I used to live down south everything was perfect. If I can give more than five stars I would! I wish I knew the guy's name that was at the window he deserves some credit for this but I did not get it. If you know who is working there at the drive-thru window at around 2:30 He's a very friendly person! I will definitely be coming to this store again now that I know it's right here.

If you like hair in your food then by all means eat here. Half the workers had NO gloves on, NONE of the workers had on hairnets (hence the hair in my food). Manager did rectify the issue by returning my money and offering to remake my sandwich or have a shake which I declined. I will NOT be back to this establishment. The menu is also extremely limited. If you’ve ever visited a Bojangles like in Florida then you know the food is of better quality, customer service is better and they have the FULL menu. Pictured is the hair in my sandwich, there was also a hair in my fries but I didn’t snap a pic. Also disappointed because I drove an hour (30 mins each way) for nothing.

Recommend : chicken tenders, biscuits Good: chicken sandwich Ok: fries Pass: rice, berry biscuit The chicken is nicely seasoned and juicy. The (regular) biscuit is flaky and buttery. Unfortunately the berry biscuit is much denser and harder and does not need to be drenched in icing. Fries are only ok. The menu does not contain all the items so it's easier to order with the person than to use the kiosk.

I had a great experience at Bojangles. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious! Everything is made fresh in house. Bojangles biscuits are made fresh in each store, following a 49-step process. There’s a window to watch they making biscuits and you can eat them fresh from the oven every 20 minutes. The chicken is hand breaded and it’s tender, crispy and juicy. I also try some of their signature sauces like Bo Sauce, Honey Mustard, and BBQ. So delicious! Chicken sandwich was so good it didn’t make the picture 😉 It was my first time at Bojangles and I was so impressed with the flavors. Can’t wait to go back there

I tried to pre-order on the app and it is VERY glitchy, continuously gave error messages (one message actually said “call the restaurant to place your order”) and ultimately, just would not take my order at all. I decided to drive to the restaurant. I ordered at the drive-thru (they have TWO separate order lanes) and it went smoothly. I mentioned about the online app issues to the friendly window employee and THEY ARE aware of the problems, so I suggest to NOT even try using it for this location for the time being. I received my order quickly and it was correct. I did peruse the online menu for THIS LOCATION beforehand and I agree with other Google posters that I was disappointed that they DO NOT have bone-in chicken (or mashed potatoes) as they do at Southern Bojangles restaurants I have
