I want to start with I am a NC native. So I’m basing my experience off of other Bojangles around NC, SC, GA, AB, and the one in Duson, LA. This is the FIRST location I’ve seen that does no offer breakfast all day long. Yet they do offer the regular biscuits. So that’s a bit of a gripe. Most of the locations off the Cheerwine too, but this location chose to go without. Which is fine. It definitely happens. Our fries were cold and started like bricks. However our chicken tenders were good along with the biscuits. I will mention this, but my scoring has nothing to do with this. All newer locations being built are not serving boned in chicken. Bojangles is playing around with removing it. The employees didn’t really seem like they cared to be there. For my husband and I personally since
This was my first time trying **Bojangles**, and overall it was a good experience. The chicken was delicious — hot, crispy, and fresh — and the fries were just as good. Everything tasted like it had just been made, which I really appreciated. However, I was extremely disappointed with the biscuit. It was so hard it felt like an XL hockey puck, which was surprising and not what I expected. On a positive note, the employees at the drive-thru were very nice and provided friendly service. With better attention to the biscuits, this would have been a perfect visit.
No bone-in chicken? That's the entire reason Raising Cane's sucks. I didn't come here expecting to see basically only chicken tenders on the menu. 3 stars because the dirty rice was good and the chicken sandwich I got is almost as good as Popeye's. I'll come back when your menu can compete. Give me dark meat.
Aside from the fries, their food was great. They did forget our sauces but other than that I have no complaints.
I have eaten at Bojangles living up north, and I have had the opportunity to eat at the one in Louisiana. The staff was polite, the food was great! My only complaints, get cheerwine, learn how to make the sweet tea Bojangles way, and let's work on the dirty rice, I know it can be better. I'm a sucker for Bojangles, and I'm in Texas regularly and would love to make this our lunch stop!
