Bojangles

I wish I could give this negative stars. I went through the drive-through and asked for two drumsticks and a small order of fries. I specifically asked to make sure the fries were hot. I paid for my food at 9:22 pm. The box was ready when I got to the window, which was less than 30 seconds; there was no one in front of me. A large bald white man handed me my order (I'm only describing him so you know who the employee is). He immediately closed the window. I sat there while I opened the box and felt the food. It was ice cold. I honked my horn a couple of times to get his attention, but to no avail. I parked my car to go inside, and the door was locked. This review is only for the sandwich $6.09 and the 2pc snack box chicken $5.59. It was my first time trying Bojangles, so I don't have anything to say about this particular location. The chicken is so good!!! I was surprised by this as fast food. I got the food to-go, and they were pretty quick about it. There is a drive thru and a bathroom inside. Credit card accepted.

Twice have ordered delivery from Bojangles. Twice they sent me someone else's order. Careless, poor service. Uber drivers & store don't communicate nor do they care about customer service. Definitely DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM BOJANGLES. No Uber One membership for me because of this lack of service.

As far as Bojangles goes, this franchise was great. Clean lobby area and very fast delivery of food. All the employees were very friendly as well.

This Store #1112 Station 2 cashier 11 stole my kids meals franchise booklet coupon!! I already paid 5$ for donation to receive such prize to have me purchase a free meal under the of miscommunication and to be rushed out the door without any regards to mistake is one thing!And I can tell is was cause of my blackness, but to call the next day cause my job closes afterwards the next morning to recite a terrible, rushing, and stealing from such loyal booklet buying customer service!!! I want my coupon!!! no food no drink no smiles!!! Coupon! And a Goodbye!! Yea I’m local!!! And only want my coupon!!
