Bojangles

Excellent food. Fries are good. Chicken is amazing. Juicy and fresh with perfect breading. Not greasy (for fried chicken), but extremely crunchy and the seasoning is perfect. It's halfway between regular and spicy. It's got a little kick, but not enough to burn your mouth, if you're sensitive to heat. The sandwich beats out all other places, hands down. Finally, the breakfast biscuit sandwichs (served all day) are the best I've ever had, fast food or otherwise. They have real egg and sausage and the biscuits are the size of burgers and both crispy on the crust and pillowy on the inside. The only downside is that they are quite a bit greasy, but come on, you're not going to be eating at Bojangles for the healthy options. Honestly I was passing through to make it to Missouri. I’ve been excited to have my mom try this amazing chicken spot, because we don’t have one near us. We happened to arrive at 9:45, and breakfast was still being served. My mom was informed that they weren’t selling wings until 10, but the chicken was sitting in the warmer behind the counter. So we sat and waited until 10. By the time we received our food it appeared to have been sitting in the warmer for a while. Was definitely extremely soggy. So disappointing 😔

Although it’s at a truck stop this is a great location. I was surprised how it still felt normal inside and not hectic like most fast food places that share a building with a gas station. Had to stop and try, as I’ve already heard Bojangles is banging and it def was it was all cooked well and had lots of flavor. We offered a 12 piece box and assumed it was the tenders for my friend and I and turned out it was whole pieces of chicken which for the price was great. Def a happy mistake could definitely feed more than two guys!

Great Bojangles! This Bojangles is part of the Loves truck stop - convenient access to the freeway, plenty of parking, clean tidy restaurant area, fast friendly service and excellent food! We’re traveling home from Mississippi and organized our trip to stop at Bojangles because I’m a big fan (grew up with Bo’s chicken, dirty rice and red beans) and never get a chance ti eat there (none anywhere near home - AZ) The staff was very friendly and super fast! The food was AMAZING! And the manager brought us some Bo-berry biscuits to try out (SO GOOD!) Definitely make this stop on your way through!
