Bojangles

Order the supreme salad and ranch but they didn't have the packet ranch but instead they had cups of ranch which was utterly disgusting and too thick for my salad. I ended up not eating and it just went to waste. If you don't have ranch packets just say that to save me the trouble from buying it. It's the 3rd time this month and I'm just very disappointed. I've also ordered a fry and it was also disappointing because it was soggy and not crispy enough at all.

This place is mostly “hit or miss” on every level. More times than not it’s a total miss. Long wait times, food lacking quality or undercooked, and over priced compared to other locations. I eat at a lot of Bojangles and though this is a better location, it leaves a lot to be desired… Dunn, NC is about the best one around and the prices are significantly lower.

I ordered the three wing dinner on 02/04/2026 at 5:30 PM. I was told to go to Park #1. I did and sat there for over 30 minutes. So I drove back around to the window and asks where my food at cause I have been sitting there for over 30 minutes. The girl at the window hunched her shoulders and said I don’t know, so I said I want my money back, she goes get the manager and she said she was bagging orders up to take to the cars. When I got my order my fires was cold and so were my food. I will NOT GO BACK TO BOJANGLES sever again.

Slowest drive thru I've ever been to. Need to probably hire more staff and train existing staff to be more efficient.

There’s this lady that’s supposed to be taking orders outside since the line is long FYI today is Sunday march 1st and she’s just sitting there and she literally did one car and then went to just stand in the tent again I wish I can take a photo to show
