Ordered our food with the robot then get to the window and we were informed they were out of all sauces and drinks. A sign on the menu would have been helpful.
Worst Bojangles. You now have to order talking to a robot. I order a cajun filet biscuit combo at around 10 A.M. on Sunday 10/19. After waiting in line to get to the window they inform me they dont have cajun filets. You dont have your signature entree? Why wouldnt you put a sign on the drive through menu so people see it when they order? as soon as I ordered a cajun filet wouldnt a manager or someone intervene to inform me they didnt have what I was ordering? Nope. Ordered and sat in line all the way to the window before being told no cajun filets.
Ordered a chicken fillet biscuit at the drive-thru but I got a sausage biscuit. I should have checked my order. Anyway, Bo Jangles ,you’re so much better than that.
So bad i had to leave 2 reviews. They need to throw those horrible employees out and start over. 25 minute wait to get half my order.
This is the best Bojangles I've been to yet!!! Service was great and the food taates the best I've ever gotten from ANY Bojangles! Great job, folks!
