Bojangles

We were on a long late drive home and passing through Jackson, so we decided we would stop off at Bojangles for a quick meal. The lady behind the counter asked whether my meal was for dine in or to go. I said dine in, but we really needed to get on the road. So I asked for to go boxes. She was friendly and polite, asking if I wanted a bag to carry the to go boxes. I was not happy with the drink situation. All that was available was tea and lemonade and water. The tea was not terrible but culd have used more sugar. The server was apologetic though. The chicken was a bit too spicy, the fries way too salty. We ate the chicken but not the fries.

This place was great when it first opened in this location but has fell off now... not sure how this place is in the day but at night it always disappoints me. Last night was the final time I will go to Bojangles. (At least this location) I was wondering why there weren't many cars sometimes no one but myself at the restaurant, now I can see why. Out of stock of food, fountain drinks are always too syrupy; couldn't taste the actual drink. Had to throw away. Chicken tenders were mushy/soggy. I couldn't even finish it all and TMI but the restroom afterwards didnt like me either. This time the service was good, nice lady. But other times, it doesn't even feel like Bojangles anymore. Like I shouldn't be there lol. So maybe day is different and great but at night its just really disappointing.

This was my first visit to the Byram location. The customer service and food far exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in a guy greeted me saying "Welcome to Bojangles". It was lunch time so there was the typical lunch rush. There was a young man on the register who was having some challenge keeping up. It was great to see his female coworker walk out from behind the counter to take out orders, have them prepared at the counter, and advise him how and what to enter. Great team work. I ordered the bo bites. They were hot and tasty. The mac and cheese was good. I might try another side next time. I enjoyed the biscuit. I dined in and the same guy who welcomed me (probably the manager) came around and asked customers how their food was. It was a good experience and I will be back. The

It isn't your standard Bojangles, and that is part of my problem with this location. It only serves chicken tenders instead of whole pieces. Because of that, I have only gone for breakfast. The chicken biscuit is quite good. The sausage biscuit is not bad. The biscuits give it an edge over most fast food places. The hash browns had an odd after taste. I really wanted to like them. The Bo-berry biscuit was ok. Overall, the breakfast is decent. On my visits, the dining room has been clean and bright, but I mainly drive through. The service is always friendly. The prices are pretty standard. I like the place, but I would like it more if they served whole pieces of chicken, so I don't really go for lunch or dinner. If you liked well-seasoned chicken, Bojangles is your spot.

Just visited two days ago in Byram, this place was very clean, the restroom was spacious and very clean. The service was good and the food amazing. I ordered the 6pc chicken nugget with BBQ sauce, ( which honestly didn't even need because the nuggets were delicious, fresh, and crispy.) The Bo berry biscuit with the icing was freshly made and melted in your mouth with a crust like outside with a warm center. Very affordable and definitely worth every penny. Definitely recommend this location.
