Bojangles

I keep having poor experiences at this location. Between raw chicken, watery tea/ without ice, carbonated drinks that don’t have any syrup… and now yesterday the worker was talking on her personal phones at the pick up window. I don’t really mind it but the conversation was pretty vulgar/ inappropriate.

I ordered four, folded side eggs from the drive thru. I received four scrambled eggs. It's quite difficult to put scrambled eggs on a biscuit. I also wasn't provided a receipt. This location usually get things right, but they were off the mark this morning. I also happen to notice that it wasn't the usual morning people today. It was like everyone had gotten fired or quit and were replace wit a new bunch. It not a good sign of stability.

My Cashier Shane was very polite and helpful and the manager Michaela was super upbeat and positive and talked to her crew and team members with respect and care! 10/10

I went through the drive through and ordered just a grilled chicken sandwich. Mind you, there's no body inside or in the drive through so it wasn't like they were busy. I get my food and there is s bite taken out of the bun of my sandwich. I call the store abs was hung up 5 times. The 6th time there was no answer. I'm not one to complain, i get people make mistakes but this is very unprofessional. I will never go to this place again.

Here in Boiling Springs SC....Paid $25.04, for a 4 piece Dark, fries and drink and a 4 piece tenders fries and drink and got this....got two drummettes and two thighs. The 4 piece tenders were small and well done. Def a huge disappointment with Bojangles for this one.
