Boil Bay Cajun Seafood and Bar

Love to come here when I'm craving seafood! The calamari is always cooked well, crispy crist and tender meat, never rubbery. Fish basket was the same! Flaky fish and crunchy batter. Hushpuppies are a perfect addition. Sweet and savory. The new shrimp tempura appetizer is a great size for a decent price. The delivery of food was very timely. I also like to order food to go. Since I am Filipino, I like to make my own rice and boiled eggs, as they are soo expensive when you order them at any restaurant.

Sea boil is better choice, but today Ordered from Door Dash, not too bad. Gotta check the place out in person. I got chicken tenders (Family didnt like the breaded part), Cajun rice all 3 meat Large, garlic lemon pepper chicken wings, and

I have been to plenty of locations that have “boil in a bag” but this place is THE BEST!! Our waitress (Phoebe) was wonderful! So attentive and happy to help. She even giggled with our daughter and made her feel right at home. The food was ridiculously amazing as well. The atmosphere in the whole restaurant is top notch. Tables are far enough apart and doesn’t feel cramped like some places I’ve been. This place is a 10 out of 10. Every trip to Va Beach we will make a trip to Boil Bay. We never want it to change.

Order Philly cheesesteak egg rolls… trash no flavor, seafood fritters.. were ok.. if you have high blood pressure this is the place for you because they have no flavor.. I also ordered a boil bag with the special bay seasoning and it was supposed to be spicy, definitely not, the garlic butter taste like non salted butter minus the garlic, because it didn’t taste a bit of garlic! The restaurant has a nice setting. My server never came back to check on us to see how everything was, He was nice but I had to ask for refills. I definitely will not be returning! But hey you may have a different experience 🤷🏻‍♀️

Went out with two of my friends, they had been before but i had not. i loved the atmosphere in there, it was so cute and very clean. our waitress was AMAZING, i literally loved her. shoutout phoebe. we had a LOT of questions and she answered them all and didn’t make us feel dumb lol. the food was literally amazing, best boil i’ve ever had. the drinks were awesome too. 10/10 would recommend and would come back.
