Bob's Bar Dining & Motel

I've never had a bad meal here - the prime rib sandwich is AMAZING. Our waiter Shane is super friendly, inviting, real cool dude all around. Good food, good people.

We stay here every hunting season for a weekend or more. Rooms are clean, people are friendly and the atmosphere is the perfect small town Montana. Make sure if you're there on a Saturday you get the prime rib.........they do a great job. We always enjoy our stay. If you're expecting the Hilton, you better go stay at the Hilton, but if you're just looking to lay your head and grab a shower and food or drink then this is the place for you..........Did I mention the rates are reasonable? They are!

My co-worker and I stayed at Bob's because no rooms were available in Lewistown. I'm glad there were no rooms there! Bob's is awesome! The rooms were nicely redone and clean. The bar and restaurant are awesome! Evan is a great bartender and the food... oh the food! My coworker ordered some calamari and it was the best in Montana hands down! I ordered some baby back ribs and they were HUGE! The sauce was incredible and the side of mixed veggies unique and delicious! I've been to K.C., TX, NC and tasted ribs all over the country- these rank in the top 5 for sure. Beats anything in Helena! My wife and I will be coming back this winter to recreate and stay at least a night or two at Bobs- you better have those ribs!!!!!

We spent three nights when we went skiing at Showdown and we had a fabulous time. Our room was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was fun and words can’t describe how good the food was. Janice, the owner, and the staff were all great! Not to mention it is so close to the ski hill. We’re only two hours away so we will definitely be back.
