Bobby Van's Grill

I did a search for best steak house in DC and this one came up. I see why ..... the food was amazing. The ambience was great and it was very busy for a weeknight at 7pm The waiter we had maybe needed some more finesse in his service. Poured red wine and spilled it on the tablecloth then just plonked down a steak knife randomly on the table to my partner having spaghetti 🍝 !!! A discrepancy on the bill but the female manager was great in resolving it for us. Overall a delicious meal.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Bobby Van’s. April greeted us with a smile and took us to our table. She was kind and engaging, often stopping by our table to check on us and engage in small conversations. Carlos then came to take our order. He was friendly and extremely attentive. He made great recommendations and was always there when we needed him. The food…..AMAZING, and the drinks were perfect! We will definitely be back!

Food was good, I would prefer more of a seasoned meat but it was minimalistically pleasing. Oscar was AMAZING! He was definitely a 10/10.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and had an incredible experience. The food was delicious, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. Our server Henry was amazing, attentive, kind, and made the evening feel truly special. Thanks to him, it was a night we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!

Fernando was the best, he was attentive and made sure everything was prepared accordingly. Highly recommend Bobby Vans and if you get Fernando he won’t disappoint. Steak and cakes and the Italian fixer. Delicious
