Good stuff. Period. Aid you love soul food, you will love Bobbie Ds. The food was generous, savory, and hit the spot. And definitely try the banana puddin’. Five stars easy.

Listen! Definitely a hidden gem! I decided to try a different restaurant today! Glad I came here! We were greeted with a friendly welcome when we walked through the door! I had Salisbury steak with twice baked potato, Cabbage, and mac and cheese! All good and seasoned well! Mom had chicken and dumplings, Cabbage, and yams! Listen! Those are REAL dumplings and not from biscuits! Good taste too! I will definitely be back here! There was such a variety to choose from also! 2 meals, 2 drinks, and 2 desserts and paid under $50! Can't beat that!

Truly some of the best southern food around central LR and the hospitality is unmatched. Sent a pic of the catfish to The Mighty Rib because baby, this place deserves all the business! ⭐️

Did a quick search on Southern Cuisine and Bobby D's jumped out at us. We're so happy we went there! I tell you that was one of the best meals of my life! The kind of real cooking I often can't get up north. I had the roast chicken and stuffing, amazing collard greens and the best red beans and rice I've ever had. Don't miss the jalapeno cornbread! And the family that runs it is just the best, 11 siblings, I think most if not all still working there they were so fun and helpful and had us laughing, I hope they're proud of what they have going there because it's just the best! We can't wait to hit this place again next time we're back in town, I might even have to make the 9 hour drive down just to go back there for lunch.

I had the most moist delectable lemon cake of my life. Imagine the Johnson's lemon cookie in the form of a cake and then imagine it melts in your mouth. IKE is a MASTER CHEF and has blessed hands. The cake filled my spirit with a peace and happiness that only the love of Bobby D can create. I will be coming back FOREVER
