Bobacane

We eat a fair amount of Pho at various random places in our travels - some of it has been pretty average, and some has been pretty dang good. Bobocane's beef Pho is legitimately one of the absolute better ones, if not the best so far. It's all about the broth, and the first thing I do when the bowl is served is try the broth before adding anything. This was a wow broth to be sure. Smooth, velvety, and a deep, rich flavor. The meat in the Pho is sirloin, brisket, and meatballs. The sirloin and brisket were super tender and the meatballs were actually very good (seems that usually meatballs are kind of flavorless). Service was excellent. Atmosphere was good (it's in a strip mall).

The pho was packed with meat, flavor and herbs. Everything is well priced and the bahn mi was the best, the bread was absolutely one of the best I ever had. My only complaint was that the bahn mi has too much Sriracha mayo for my taste. Also service is incredible.

Absolutely love the food here. The pho is delicious. Love the boba tea's, too. The waiter needs a giant raise. Fast service. Will be going back that's a promise. ☺️

I am long overdue in writing a review for Bobacane, specifically for the Bahn Mi. For $10 you get the best French baguette stuffed with seasoned pork (ONLY GET THE PORK! Ok I’ve never tried the chicken but ooohhhh the pork!) Ask for extra veggies and prepare to enter taste bud heaven! The best part is that for the price of a crappy fast food meal, you get a delicious sandwich that is a meal! Sorry for the pathetic picture of the last 2 bites but trust me, it’s a beautiful, yummy meal

I found this place after hours of driving on east bound I-20 having no idea of what to eat. No regret. Beef Pho was delicius; lots of tender meat, fresh vegetables and flavorfull broth. Friendly service and nice environment. Recommended 100%. 💯
