Boba + Acai

I ordered a plate with vegetables, extra chicken, and extra sauce. No lemon, no chili flakes because I'm allergic. And what did I get? A plate with no chicken and no sauce, but worse, it was completely covered in chili flakes. The bag was dirty, and even if the order had been correct, I couldn't eat it because I didn't receive any utensils or a napkin.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for yummy drinks and healthy treats on FSH! The acai bowls are fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented and my favorite, jasmine milk tea boba, is perfectly balanced and always delicious!

People who are picking up mobile orders are rarely acknowledged and are left waiting at the counter feeling ignored unless you speak up to the staff. Then they tell you they are working on it while they havent even started the order just to appease you. They should at least acknowledge people waiting on mobile orders unlike the people who actually order from the kiosk. Train your staff better so that someone acknowledges pick up orders. Unsatisfactory.

The brown sugar milk tea boba was okay here. 7/10. Jelly was good. Boba sometimes good. But I ordered smoothie today and this went horribly wrong $8.9 avocado +banana smoothie taste like less than half of banana and ice mixed together. Can't even smell the banana or avocado in it. The color of the smoothie kinda shows how much avocado in it. Please change that.

Not only did they take almost 20 minutes to make two smoothies, but I had to go up there to ask about my drink which they had just left behind the counter, and didn’t bother to call my number. They had plenty of staff on hand, but they looked disorganized and confused about their assignments. Additionally, the smoothies did not taste good - they tasted as if they were made with spoiled ingredients. This was my first and last visit. Don’t waste your time or money
