Bob Roberts BBQ

Cool country ambiance. Unfortunately the BBQ wasn't good. Food was definitely left over from lunch service. Pulled pork was stringy, dry, and had zero smoke flavor to it. To make it worse the sauce was heavy in sugar with no balance. Ribs had good "bite" to them but fatty and again zero flavor. Beans were heavy in sugar and chili powder and old. The hand cut fries were the best thing my $15 plate had going for it. There are too many good BBQ places in Columbus to justify going out of your way for this one. 05/13/2022 Tried them again and was a complete waste of time. The small young server was extremely nice. Waited 30 minutes and could not get a pork plate. The heavy set bleached blonde was hanging out at a "reserved" section with her buddies. Have no idea how this place stays in busines

Very cozy place, nice decorated and very clean. You can barely see it from the road. Opening times are a little weird. The BBQ brisket I ate was a little dry.

The food was good, the service and staff were excellent. I'm glad I got there when they opened, because the place filled up fast. The brisket was good. I would go again to try other meat options.

Based on a very fast take out order of 2 salads, I give 5 stars. Fast friendly service, good prices, great food, cool place. Can't complain one bit. Wish I could have dined in to take it all in during a busy lunch hour where it seems every local must go for burgers at lunch. I need to try far more then just salads to get a good take on the BBQ. Sucks cutting weight before a big meet!

Great ribs! Sausage was adequate. Staff is friendly and attentive.
