Bob Evans

Hasn't been to this location for quite sometime. The last time was less than pleasant. I thought I'd give them another try and I was glad I did. The food has improved and the cleanliness was a lot better. Staff was friendly enough and service was good. They are priced accordingly for the amount and quality of food you get. Will be back.

We stopped in there last summer to have breakfast because we had never been there before but always wanted to try them because we had always heard good things about Bob Evans restaurants. Not so! We ordered eggs and bacon, with hash browns and a side order of biscuits and gravy. The eggs weren't completely cooked and the bacon was burnt. And when it comes to the biscuits and gravy, I'm not sure what the gravy was because it was brown and runny in a different container and the biscuits were hard and cold. We were very disappointed and will never be back again.

Went in this past Saturday morning. Had the country fried steak and eggs and my wife had scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon. Let's start with the cheese on the scrambled eggs, looks like the just tossed it on at the last minute, because when it arrived it was still cold and not even remotely melted. Bacon was not well done. In fact it was undercooked. When the lady manager came out she was aggressive and stated we par cook our bacon ahead of time. Then, during the peak times we put 4 to 5 sheets of bacon on the grill along with our sausage patties and links to help get to get the food out faster. I said what?, you don't cook your food fresh? She goes we only cook enough product for 30-45 minutes. Wow, that's crazy. No wonder your other restaurant in Springfield closed

Our waitress took our order and then the food and drinks were delivered and we didn’t see her again until she came by and tossed our ticket on the table and finally asked if we needed drink refills. We had a manager in between her visit when he asked how the food was mother showed him an eggshell. He is also the one who brought our drinks. The over easy were anything but over easy and the bacon was hard. It seems there are problems that need fixed.

Servers were a rarity, and left quicker than expected. Food came in just a bit cold. I was used to having access to all the condiments, but if you want hot sauce, mustard or extra creamer, be ready to say ahead of time or wait.
