Bob Evans

While visiting WVA my wife and I stopped by this Bob Evans in South Charleston for breakfast and lunch. All total we ate here three times. This was our first time at Bob Evans because they don't have them out west. Our waitress was a young lady named Laura. She was very kind and polite and returned to our table several times to see if we needed anything and kept my coffee cup full. The prices, the service, and the food was great! Thank You Laura, We had a Great Experience!

Today's experience was great. Usually depends on who is working just like everywhere else today, it seems. Seated quickly and the server was at the table pretty fast. She was friendly and introduced herself as Sarah. Food came out within 10 minutes of ordering and was hot and correctly prepared. I had the fork tender pot roast and it was delicious. Thanks!!! Shout out to Betty as well because she never disappoints. 🥰

The waiter was great until the end when he vanished before getting us our check that we were waiting for. The food was way over cooked. Chicken was like cardboard & steak tips were so hard And Dry the fork wouldn’t penetrate.my onion rings were hard and burnt.

Unusually slow, waited over 1/2 hour after waitress took our order. Also, after initial drinks brought it took the waitress a bit to get back to us. Perhaps understaffed??? The coffee was great! My meal was excellent! Waitress was very nice, even patient and attentive. Laura kept her in cool though very busy. All in all, I'd give 4 1/2 stars.

For the first time ever, we decided to order our Thanksgiving meal out, we had just lost our dad and we just didn't have the heart to cook a big meal. So we ordered the hot thanksgiving family meal, my husband picked it up and it was ready right on time. We were so Thankful for this hot meal, how well it was packed up and the generous portions, everything was really good. It was so nice not having the stress of cleaning up and we still had plenty of leftovers for everyone! Thanks Bob Evans for helping us get thru this difficult holiday.
