Food and service was pretty terrible. Old home fries, funky tasting sour cream, hair on toast, some weird gelatinous mass in the sausage gravy. Server never stopped back to check on food or drinks, had to get up and wait by register after sitting with plates stacked to get our bill. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Defi

We stopped in for breakfast while traveling, and they didn't disappoint. Our waitress was courteous, very friendly, and helpful. Even though she was busy, she made us feel like we were the most important part of her morning. The food was delicious, and served promptly while still hot. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this Bob Evans restaurant!

Was a little busy when we arrive and waited 5min to get sat which is no problem. But throughout the whole breakfast we saw our server a total of 5 times and those had 15min at least in between. It seemed like she is the only server in the building and food took at least 40min to come out

Bob Evans has always been our favorite place to eat but our visit in the Piqua restaurant yesterday evening was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 9 p.m. We were seated and then told the menu was limited. Nothing with eggs or chicken was available unless it was grilled chicken so we did the grilled chicken. Food took around an hour to get served and wasn't the normal great food we have came to love so very disappointing but the worst part was the restaurant was so cold that it felt like you were sitting with a window/ door open. We all were shivering the entire time. We asked the server if the heat was broken and she said she didn't know but she was wearing a coat while doing her job. So unprofessional but who would bla

The staff was friendly and remembered our family. Christina is great and always treats us good. The food even on a holiday weekend came out fairly fast and the food was warm and delicious. We got the wildfire salad, some pancakes (one shaped like a little pig was a nice touch), southwest avocado omelette and the two breakfast biscuits. Delicious.
