Haven’t been to a Bob Evan’s in a long while … decided to stop by this location in Pasadena…. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a server who walked me to my table ,,, restaurant was clean and had a quiet peaceful atmosphere…. I decided on ordering the new peach berry ice tea , ( which came in a mason jar ) .. The server (Georgina) was polite and attentive .. I decided to order the country fried steak with two eggs over medium … a bowl of fresh fruit and banana bread ( which I know has been a signature side since it opened )… the food came out perfect no teal complaints … fruit was actually fresh ( which at some restaurants comes out with a few not so healthy looking pieces) … the one thing I did not like was in order to drink my tea ( which had fresh fruit floating inside ), I had t

My server was sharp, respectful and friendly. We tipped her accordingly for her great service. Let's talk about who's in the kitchen, cuz that on the other hand was sub-par. I ordered steak tips n eggs, hubby ordered one of those platters and baby boy got the steak tips omelette. Either y'all need to take that off the menu or redo the recipe. The cut was uneven, burnt to hell and back, and lacking any flavor. The mushrooms were bigger than any piece of meat on my and son's plate, combined! It was AWFUL! Caramel apple cider is an easy way to get on the diabetic sign up sheet and the scrambled eggs were meehhhhh, like they use the liquid stuff🤮🤮eeeeeeyyyuuckkk. Pancakes were delish! PLEASE HELP YOUR KITCHEN STAFF!

Food here just OK but we had a wonderful waiter that took care of us, Jairi did a great job. He was attentive, thorough and personable. He's a fine young man whom I wish great things for in life.

First off I want to thank the manager that was working today (Thanksgiving Day) for the meal/food that was giving to me and my family. The funds through my bank and our online orders were having problems and when my husband went to the location and talked to the manager, the manager looked out with no hesitation for our family and still was able to serve us the delicious thanksgiving food provided, that's a GOOD hearted person cause he did not have to do that. Very very very appreciative and words can't describe how we feel!!!!! I need the managers (male) name that worked tonight. If it wasn't for him our thanksgiving dinner would be ruined.

We visited Bob Evans because they have my favorite sausage gravy of all restaurants we’ve visited so far. They have alway received all 5s from me but this one generously gets 4s. There was an attitude from the hostess. Now, I perceived it as an attitude, but the could have been her normal demeanor. If so, the usually attitude of a hostess is usually nicer and more approachable than hers. The waitress was a little impatient. She didn’t like changes and modifications, at first. However, it got a bit better with time. Parts of the order was cold and over done. Replacements were given and they were good. The first batch of gravy was thin, runny, and tasted watered down.
