Bob Evans

I’ve never had any complaints about the food in terms of quality and taste. They have the best breakfast sandwiches and hash browns in town and no restaurants can compare. My issue is with the portion sizes. For spending nearly $20 on a breakfast meal, I’d expect the portion of the hash browns to be bigger. I got 3 bites out of the portion I received. In terms of service inside, it is extremely slow like others had said. I’ve stood at the counter waiting for an order for upwards of half an hour before.

This morning, I took My Young Beautiful Bride to Bob Evans for breakfast. There was just one other couple in the restaurant, and yet, it took a half hour to get our meal. Only two things were done correctly, my coffee and my eggs. My bacon, sausage links, French toast, and house potatoes were very overcooked. My Young Beautiful Bride never wants me to say anything about it to the waitress, so I'm venting here. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and I will not be visiting this place again anytime soon.

This was my first time dining at a Bob Evans, I would reckon this is just like a friendly's restaurant on the East Coast. The service was above average, though when we asked not to be seated by the front door, we were seated by the back door. I think they may be understaffed as there were several tables that weren't cleaned. Turkey sandwich was good, though. I would pass on the chicken soup in the future.

We love Bob Evans in general. Unfortunately, someone made the stupid decision despite having a prime location in a college city near us to close and replace it with Popeyes so we don't visit as often as I would like - usually 3 or 4 times a year. The pot roast sandwich I ordered was delicious!

Took an hr and 10 mins to get our food. Only 3 of us at our table. Very slow service and they were not busy 4 other tables 3 waitresses no excuse for that long of a wait. Service was horrible took 20 mins before a waitress even acknowledged us, she took our orders and never came back to check on us or update us on our order and the time it was taking. We were getting ready to leave when they did bring our food. All of us needed refills on drinks she never offered those I had to ask her to bring us refills. Won't be going back due to lack of service and time it took for everything.
