Rather quiet town, quiet restaurant. Place could use a deep clean / refresh but otherwise comfy. Service was good though several employees seemed unbridled to be there. It does happen. Food was good. Our chicken was over-cooked and our server was happy to remedy the matter. The Mgr, a very nice lady, saw to it we had new chicken which was juicy and not dry. The interaction was very pleasant. We thank her for her superior cust svc.

Tonight my husband and I along with our friends went to this establishment. Not only was the service TERRIBLE but the food did not measure up either. Our waitress never came for refills and we had to chase her down, she got almost everyone's food orders wrong or missing something. My husband and I both got the wrong order. One was someone else's food entirely that was then ran to their table. I was the last to get my food. By the time I got my French toast everyone else finished eating thats just how long it took. I ended up boxing it and taking it home because it was late and we had a decent drive home. Ended up the French toast was completely burnt on both pieces that I didn't see right away. I usually eat here however I went to pick up food for a takeout order today. I went in and there were three workers at the front. One was rolling silverware, and one was handling an issue on the phone, the third was sitting there, staring at everybody not doing anything. I was not acknowledged or anything. I stood there for about six minutes, not being acknowledged, and then other people came to the front to check out, and she (the third worker) acknowledged them, but ignored me still not saying a word to me. Even if she did not work the part that I was seeking service from she could have said something instead of sitting there staring at me like she was clueless. It really upset me that she didn’t say anything to me, and she didn’t acknowledge my existence at all when she was the only one

Once again, my takeout order was wrong. I always ask for gravy on the side for the turkey dinner since the meal will not be eaten immediately when I saw that the gravy was put on the french fries I went back to tell her and the only comment was it wasn’t her fault. It was the cooks fault they didn’t offer to get fresh fries so they wouldn’t be all soggy. This happens every single time I order it. I take out meal and it’s getting so old.

This place used to be good I'm not sure what has happened this is the second time my to go order has been terrible I ordered the turkey dinner With mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans I didn't get any mashed potatoes and no gravy it came with double stuffing with NO GRAVY and half of a slice of Turkey crazy there is no since calling the manager last time I did she said she would call back and still hasn't what a joke to pay that kind of money for junk!
