Bob Evans

We had a fantastic experience at Bob Evans for breakfast on Friday, October 31st. It was a busy morning, but the team handled the rush seamlessly, making it a great start to our (party of 3) day. The classic breakfast items were exactly what we were craving and Bob Evans lived up to the "farm-fresh" reputation. We ordered the Farmer's Choice (a great way to try a little of everything) and the Homestead Farmer. The sausage a Bob Evans staple was savory and perfectly seasoned. Our eggs were cooked precisely as ordered, and the hotcakes were light, fluffy, and served piping hot. For a comforting, traditional meal, the quality was consistently high across the board. This one here in centerville is GOOD! Great waitress, hot food, quick service. What more could you ask for? I got the double cheese pot roast sandwich with fries. It was really good. The rest of the family got breakfast items, which was good enough to rival some of the breakfast cafes around town. Definitely will be coming back.

My wife and I are middle aged people. We both have been going to Bob Evans restaurants since we both have been young. It seems like the younger crowd overlooks their great selection of food. We went to the Centerville Oh. location on Oh48 just a little south of the I675. It was close to the typical 5 o'clock dinner time. To our surprise there were not many people dinning. I had the Honey Chicken Biscuit plate. It was delicious! Everything was spot on and the chicken was very juicy on the inside and crispy in the out. I had it with mashed potatoes and gravy, with corn. To me that is comfort food, more like home cooking. My wife got another one of my favorites which is the Chicken Fried Steak dinner. It was amazing, and cooked perfectly. With 3 people and maybe short staffed, we got our breakfast for a table of 3 in just 5 minutes Impressive. Then they had got slammed with carryouts (it was thanksgiving day) and still got our to go order done in reasonable time. Very clean and organized place too. Wish the ones closer to me were this good

It wasn't edible. We ordered the link sausage and it was some sort of pre cooked mushy mess. It was exactly like the Banquet Brown and serve. They replace with patties which had no flavor. I later found out that they are no longer affiliated with Bob Evans Farms food. They now carry off brand. It was absolutely revolting. I am going to predict they will be out of business within the next few years. They have subscribed to the corporate greed mentality of profit over quality. Tomatoes weren't edible the break was so over cooked it cut my mouth. The hash browns were completely burnt .
