I visited here for the first time on a certain day in November 2025. I ordered a Cup of Cheddar Baked Potato Soup and a 1/2 wildfire Chicken Salad from Bob Evans PICK 2 COMBOS. It’s very cheap and volumy. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We went here for Thanksgiving this year and got the premium Thanksgiving Day platter. The food was cold it was good tasting but cold. It also said unlimited bread with the meal But I was never offered any. The meal was served fast I wish I would've sent it back for them to warm up but I didn't want to be a pain on the holiday I will not be returning for any other holiday meal management needs to keep their tempature holding cases. All of the meal was premade it's redicuous that it wasn't warm. Better be careful don't wanna make people sick. I have also attached a picture of my slice of pumpkin pie so sorry looking and no whipped cream 😞

Our waitress, Victoria, was one of the best we've ever had. She was attentive, efficient, and very personable without being sycophantic. She made a good dining experience a great one. The beef in our entrees was fine to perfection, also.

Host came yawning at us with such energy and enthusiams that it was overload…… not really felt from the get go like i was being a burden more than a customer. Host was good. Food was cold except the country fried steak which you really cant mess up besides frying it. Bacon had a funny taste. Gravy was cold. And their new loaded hashbrown were on the flat top for about a minute and a half and where soft and uncooked properly. Toppings looked like a 2 year old plated it. Multitasking on the cook is def needing training for it all to come at onve looking nice and to temp. Everyone eats with their eyes first and presentation needs to be improved. I had the best waitress every time I went ! Victoria is the best waitress ever! She’s always so kind, sweet & bubbly. Always checking in to see how everything is, and if we need anything. I’ll always come back because of her ! ❤️
