Bob Evans

I was in a few weeks ago and had a lovely waitress. Our food was taking longer than expected, so we asked our server to ask the kitchen how long it would take. We heard one of the kitchen staff, whose name I found out was Lauren, shout at the waitress and throw out expletives. This is not professional behavior in any way and I strongly encourage management to look into how the staff treats each other. Very disappointing experience. Do not come to this Bob Evans. Aurora Bob Evans is always a great place to eat. The staff is friendly and very efficient with very little wait time even when busy. Their food is always cooked to perfection and plates well!

Our food was cold, but we didn't complain because our server was rude and clearly in the weeds, but no sense of urgency. We were in town visiting family and thought a major chain restaurant would be better than something local. Man, was that the wrong choice. Bob Evans has really gone down. Even out of town

Excellent service here and great food! Got the homestead farmers breakfast with a side of fruit. Paired that with the cold brew iced coffee which was very good (I personally added two sugar packets). We felt completely serviced here with the drink refills and all of our special requests being handled quickly 🥰

Ate here wednesday night with a couple friends. I will say I have never been a big fan of this restaurant but I wasnt expecting a sausage patty that had to be cut with a knife and had the texture of beef jerky but I also wasnt expecting such a high price for a glass of tea. I think they get the award for highest priced tea. The ketchup bottle cap had dried ketchup all over which is unsanitary. Aside from that, the restroom had no soap in the dispenser or dispenser wasnt working which is concerning since staff cant wash their hands either. Would have thought someone would have caught this unless they dont wash their hands. The urinal had no water and the floor was a mess. Next time I am ask to go there, I'll pass
