My wife and I absolutely loved this place! Definitely the top 2 best crabcake ive ever had! We ordered creamy crab soup (this was exceptional. I couldn't get enough of it) Red crab soup Calimari Artichoke Crab dip Soft shell crab sandwich Crab cake sandwich
This is a great bar and restaurant, with fantastic service. We had one of the daily special appetizers - crab dip and shrimp in phyllo dough shells. Our entrees were the fish and chips and the crab&lobster roll. The fish and chips were the best I've ever had. The crab&lobster roll was a little disappointing since the crab really mutes the flavor of the lobster, but the bun was legit. Dessert was an absolutely delicious toffee cake, a well as a slice of Smith Island cake we opted to box for later. Don't forget the margarita - delicious as advertised. We plan to come back to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!
One of the best margaritas in Annapolis! Food is phenomenal. Highly recommend the crab and spinach artichoke dip, it is a must! Oysters are good, but they are expensive. We sat at the bar and service was great. Casual atmosphere.
I was visiting Annapolis for a short day trip with my partner and we decided to check this place out. We came around 11:30 on a Saturday and were seated right away. Our server was friendly and explained the menu thoroughly. The atmosphere in the restaurant was energetic and upbeat with parties of all sizes and servers chatting. Our food came out extremely quickly. We got the Maryland crab soup as an appetizer, which we were disappointed in. The size was tiny and there was barely any crab in it. For entrees we got the fish and chips and fish tacos, both of which had big portions and were very delicious, in contrast to the soup. Overall, we enjoyed this place and might come back to try some other items on their very extensive menu!
Pretty good food, fine service, on-point atmosphere. I'd dine here again. Now to the details. We started with a pleasant greeting at the host's station, followed by a short wait as a table was set for us. No issues. No notes. The table design was appropriate to the atmosphere. Everything was clean and tidy. Our waitress was pleasant & professional and provided good meal recommendations. Beer selection was 100% reasonable. I went with a Heavy Seas selection (an IPA) and my super-spouse went with a Pils. Soup-time! A Maryland crab soup for me (imagine a more ingredient-filled cousin to a Manhattan clam) and the cream of crab for my wife. I'd you told me that the veggies (corn, peas, tomato, etc) were all cooked individually and added to the soup, I'd believe you. Al dente corn and a well-ste
