Boatright’s Buffet

For a Buffet, it was pretty darned Southern. The fried chicken was ever so slightly overcooked and dry. The peach cobbler was excellent as was the ice-cream. I loved the school cafeteria setting. That really brought back some fond memories of my school days.

Value and quality are top tear. Very happy to have paid $12

The food was good, fresh and hot. Good home cooking buffet. The fried chicken and pork chops were some of the best ever and the fresh veggies were just like mama cooked. I will definitely be back! $12 ayce with drink included.

My cousin paid for her & my aunt a plate right when we walked into the restaurant. $15 a piece. On the way to sit down at the table, however; my 82 year old aunt got sick on her stomach. My cousin fixed my aunt a sprite & the waitress brought her crackers. My aunt took nausea med & sat at the table while the rest of us ate. She started to feel better but we were ready to go so my cousin got a to go plate & made my aunt a plate. The owners son came to the table & said we were going to have to weigh the plate & pay for it. My cousin explained that my aunt had not eaten & that she had already paid $15 for a plate that she had not eaten. So my cousin said we could weigh the plate but to give her her $15 back so that she could pay for it because it wasn’t fair to make her pay for two plates. Th
