Boatman & Bryant - careless about my security and waited until last minute to do my taxes. We gave this firm all of our tax prep info in February via their secure portal-very important to us. They didn’t do our taxes until 3 business hours before taxes were due, and I had to remind them twice. They sent the full completed tax return with all our sensitive financial info via regular Gmail, no secure portal, no password protection, no encryption, nothing. No regard for my security. Mr. Bryant wrote me a nasty sarcastic letter defending their INcoming email security, but said it’s on me if Gmail isn’t secure. Never again.

Very trusting people and very professional. Makes you really feel like they care and want the best for you. Bob has taken care of my stuff for many years. Comfortable to refer to any one in need of a CPA.
